Access & User services are responsible for managing the daily on campus operation of the Libraries’ spaces and collections, including assisting patrons with finding and borrowing materials. They help patrons get access to materials via resource sharing programs, scanning, and the transportation of items between library locations and offsite storage.
They are also responsible for assisting patrons with problems with their accounts, including answering questions about loans, renewals, and returns as well as resolving fines.
